The 66th Montreal Guides.

The 66th Montreal Guides is for girls between 9 and 12 (or who are in grades 4-6).  Guides Canada is an organization which provides girls a safe environment to develop and learn to be the best that they can be. Guides empowers girls, and provides a good opportunity for girls to make new friends, learn values, and learn new skills for life in a safe environment. We meet Tuesday evenings from 6:45-8:15, September through June, in the Lower Hall.

The Guides of the 66th enjoy interacting with the St Matthias’ Community by volunteering to help with events like the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner every year.

The 66th is looking for new volunteers! Working with young girls keeps us young and ‘on our toes’!  The organization also empowers us, the adults to learn new skills, gain more knowledge of this world, and opens up a way for new friendships. To get involved, contact Heather Barwick at 514-484-2560.
